Today I was playing handball at school when I heard some girls screaming and I looked over and saw a swarm of bees. after 3-6 months the queen takes 60% of the worker bees and go and make a new hive they made a hive on a rose bush at school

Zero Waste

In room 41 we did a zero waste program we found out about landfills And how we need to put stuff in the recycling bin and not in the rubbish bin so we have a nuff stuff to stay alive for longer a landfill is a big hole in the ground where we put rubbish when it gets full they put dirt on top and have  coming out the let out gas that could kill people if they were in the dump.

SPCA Assembly

Today we had a assembly about Norm Hewitt and SPCA he told us 5 freedoms for animals 1:shelter.
2:food and water. 3:exercise. 4:love. 5:vet care.

His 3 fav things.
All blacks.
fish 'n' chips.
pearl handled silver cap guns.

He won Dancing with the stars. He says that dreams can come true and treat animals like your family.

When he was growing up he had 4 pets 2 dogs 1 horse and 1 cat.
